Using Photoshop to create the film posters...

 I started by choosing the image and then editing it to make it look how I wanted it to look, giving it a melancholy feel and dramatic effect. I did this by going to image-->adjustments, and then using several different techniques listed.

I then needed to start choosing a font for my title, representing the melodramatic tone of the film.
